You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. For goods, the withdrawal period runs for 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods, subject to applicable mandatory consumer law.
To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by e-mail to [email protected]. Further details are set out in section 12 of our Terms and Conditions, which also contain a model withdrawal form.
Condition of the Goods
You may handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond that.
Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer unless specifically instructed to do so by TechDealCorner Customer Support.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Defective or Damaged Items
If an item you received is defective or damaged, please contact TechDealCorner Customer Support. Your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity are described in our Terms and Conditions and are not affected by this policy.
